On our third project working directly with British GQ magazine, we had a unique film project. In the depths of lockdown, GQ magazine decided to host their event online, so we filmed a sponsored advert with British GQ, a top British chef and Dom Perignon champagne. As this was filmed during the global pandemic, we were using minimal crew and socially distancing but we still delivered big results that gained a significant amount of online traction.

What was the project – Filming award winning chefs across the UK for GQ magazine.

What did we do? – Planning and Filming

Crew size – Videographer and Account manager.

LocationOpheem, Birmingham

Where did the video go – YouTube GQ Website, Facebook, Instagram and at Events.

Result – Hit KPI targets for viewer retention and engagement across multiple platforms.

Standout moment from the shoot – Getting to meet Aktar Islam and see him make potatos in nearly 10 ways, creating a dish that was beyond exquisite.
